Steak and Fries Salad

DRESSING RECIPE:
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro leaves
1 tbsp roughly chopped chives
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
Cracked black pepper
Add all ingredients (except the black pepper) to a blender and blend until smooth. Season with black pepper (and salt if necessary) to taste and enjoy!
