Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. -- Convection oven to 300°F.
Step 2
CCP--Wash & sanitize hands & prep area. Wear gloves & discard per facility HACCP guidelines.
Step 3
1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 4
2. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cake center springs back when touched lightly or cake tester or toothpick inserted near the center of the cake will come out clean.
Step 5
3. Drizzle melted margarine or butter over warm cake.
Step 6
4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over cake.
Step 7
Cool before serving.
Step 8
Cut each 9 x 13" pan 3 x 4 for 12 servings. Each serving = 3" x 3".
