Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl add apple sauce along with sugar and oil, mix, then add baking powder and stir
Step 2
Add the flour and fold
Step 3
Divide the batter into 5 equal parts, to the first one add the cranberries, the second one - matcha latte powder, the third - cinnamon, the fourth hot chocolate mix and the fifth cashews and figs
Step 4
Make 3 cookies from each batter (the batter will be sticky so just place it on parchment paper using a spoon and spread it out
Step 5
Sprinkle the chocolate ones with the chocolate sprinkles, the matcha ones with pistachios and crushed rose petals and the cranberry ones with chia seeds
Step 6
Bake at 355°F/180°C for 20 minutes
