Rice Sheet Recipe (Banh Uot) (easy 5 minute recipe!!)
3 steps
Prep:5minCook:5min
When I saw these at my Asian grocer I immediately thought I need to drown these in some chilli oil and umami sauces!!
After asking some of you on my stories how to eat these, many said that they are usually served cold with cold meat. And also a few of you said they are great just heated up and served with sauce!
Sooo this is what I did with them, apologies that it’s not very authentic but I just used what sauces I had on hand 🍜
They also kind of remind me of biangbiang noodles? Except these are made up of mostly rice.
