Step 1
Heat oil and margarine in frying pan. About 2 inches deep after meatballs are added.
Step 2
Soak the bread in the milk.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together, mixing the soaked bread as well.

Shape into meatballs about 3 inches in diameter.
Step 5
Brown meatballs in hot oil and margarine, turning to brown all sides.
Step 6
Add meatballs to simmering sauce. Lower the heat and let the meatballs finish.
