Jalapeño Popper Wonton Cups
8 steps

If you love jalapeño poppers, then you will love this fun and delicious alternative. These are loaded with bacon, jalapeños, cream cheese, green onions and cheese...all in a crispy wonton shell.
Perfect appetizer that everyone will love!
You might have seen variations of this recipe before, but one of the tricks that makes this unique is using a double wonton wrapper. I always find one wrapper isn't enough and the filling always bubbles over. With two, you get a better container for your filling, while giving a nice crunch when you bite in. I also love to drizzle a little bbq sauce on top, but you can add your own sauce of choice or skip it entirely!
