¼ cupcarrot
thinly slice

1 Tbsprice vinegar

8 ozskirt steak

¼ tspbaking soda

¼ tspcornstarch

½ tspolive oil

½ tsprice vinegar

¼ tspsoy sauce

Instructions
For Sauce
Step 1
Add corn starch, sugar, white pepper, salt and chicken stock to a small bowl. Mix together until homogenous.
Step 2
In the same bowl add soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Mix until homogenous.
For Beef
Step 3
Slice beef into bite-size slices. Then add baking soda and aggressively incorporate it into all slices. For every 8 oz of sliced beef add 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
Step 4
Add remaining additional beef ingredients to beef and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
When cooking with the noodles towards the end
Step 5
Add Rice vinegar and noodle sauce next to noodles not on them
