Prep:10minCook:15min
This recipe is for a delicious Hoisin Duck Burger, featuring juicy Gressingham duck patties infused with rich hoisin sauce. Served on a toasted seeded brioche bun, it's topped with a fresh slaw made from cucumber, carrot, and spring onion, and finished with a fried egg. A homemade sticky hoisin sauce, blending dark brown sugar, honey, and five-spice seasoning, adds a sweet and savoury kick.
