250 gravocado
cubes from freezer
250mlheavy cream
200mlmilk
50 grpowdered sugar
0.13 tsgreen coloring gel
480mlcold brew coffee
Instructions
Step 1
Blend the avocado, milk, sugar and coloring on slow.
Step 2
Spoon through the heavy cream, don't whip! Put in cream device, make cream :)
Or
Step 3
Whip the cream separately. Fold through the mixture.
Step 4
Put in piping bag with a notched spout and pipe onto 30ml coffee. Start near the coffee, end a little higher with the spout not near the cream.
