Chocolate Lasagna
If you do not have a blender or food processor you can crush the Oreos by placing them into a zip lock bag and using a rolling pin to crush.
• Allowing each layer to rest in the freezer will allow for a more structured and layered appearance when serving.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Start by blending the whole package of Oreos in a food processer or blender, blend until they are of crumb consistency. Add melted butter and mix again until combined. Pack the mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish (9x13) and place in the freezer.
Step 2
2. In a large mixing bowl add cream cheese and mix with hand mixer until it forms a whipped consistency, add sugar and 2 tablespoons milk and combine. Add cool whip and fold until well combined. Remove casserole dish from freezer and spread a thin layer on top of the crust. Use about half of the mixture so you have enough for the final layer. Place back into freezer.
Step 3
3. In a large mixing bowl, add chocolate pudding and make per instructions on the box. Place pudding in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and allow to set.
Step 4
4. Once pudding is firm, remove casserole dish and spread layer of chocolate pudding, then spread remainder of cool whip mixture on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours prior to serving and enjoy!
