White Chocolate Melts
WDid you make these BETTER than STARBUCKS cake pops last year?! ๐ If not, this is your sign to make them this year! This is the perfect no-bake recipe for Easter, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, and Birthday Parties!
TIPS!!!! After posting this last year, a lot of you suggested 1) replacing half of the cream cheese with vanilla frosting for an even sweeter / less cream cheese taste! 2) dipping the cake sticks in white chocolate before inserting into the cake balls to secure them in place and make sure they didnโt fall apart or slide down the stick.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Packages Frosted Sugar Cookies
8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
White Chocolate Melts
(This will make over 2 dozen cake balls!)
Mix frosted sugar cookies in
mixer.
Add softened
cream cheese to mixture. Blend until dough forms. Roll into 1โโ balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate / or freeze for 10+ minutes until dough is really firm. This helps them stay secure on the sticks! Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip dough balls in chocolate. Garnish with
sprinkles.
