Instructions
Step 1
Cream together agave and margarine in a bowl
Step 2
Add the icing sugar, scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula, a little at a time until completely incorporated. Mix in the vanilla extract and salt. The texture should be as thick as possible while still being slightly pourable, like the middle ground between batter and dough.
Step 3
Separate a small portion out and mix in the turmeric.
Step 4
Freeze for 30 mins. Then shape into balls, cover in melted chocolate and freeze for another 30 mins
