Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Step 2
To a large mixing bowl add the pasta, chicken, celery stalks and leaves, green onions, tomatoes, blue cheese, and carrots.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix together the ranch and buffalo sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Chill 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
