Instructions
Step 1
Chop the garlic into small pieces then add it to a pestle and mortar with salt and start pounding it into a paste

Add the lemon juice and mix thoroughly

Slowly drizzle a little bit of oil at a time then pound and mix until creamy . Add more oil until it’s the consistency you want . Don’t add too much oil or it may start to go runny . Store in a sterilized container in the fridge for up to 5 days . Enjoy
