Instructions
Step 1
Spray 6 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. preheat oven to 350F. Fill a shallow roasting pan with 3/4 inch hot water and place in oven to heat.
Step 2
Put all ingredients in mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed until combined.
Step 3
Divide mixture evenly among ramekins and place carefully in hot waater bath.
Step 4
Bake 26 to 28 minutes (NOTE: Mine baked for 35), until tops just begin to crack.
Step 5
Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 1.5 hours before serving.
