Instructions
Step 1
Startby cutting the hotdogs (or ham) into small pieces and frying them until a bit crispy.
Step 2
Crack 2 eggs and pour in 2 tbsp of water or milk. Whisk together with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a pan on medium heat and cook until the top stops moving when you move the pan. Sprinkle the cheese on half of the omelette before putting on the crispy hotdogs or ham.
Step 4
Let it cook until the edges of the omelette easily lift from the pan, then fold the omelette and let it sit for a little bit. Then just slide the omelette onto a plate and enjoy!
