Instructions
Step 1
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened then in a medium bowl cream till there are no lumps left--make it light and fluffy.
Step 2
Slowly add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, and vanilla until well blended.
Step 3
Pour into graham cracker crust, and chill about 3 hours--until firm. Top with strawberries or pie cherries, or a mixture of berries!
