Melt a stick of butter in a pan (I use a 10

Melt a stick of butter in a pan (i use a 10 inch cast iron skillet) mix 1 cup self rising flour, 1 cup sugar and 3/4 cup milk pour in the skillet on top of butter do not stir, add fruit, I used 1 large can of peaches drained for this one, bake at 375° for 45 minutes my mom called it "Lazy day Cobbler" you can use 2 regular cans of any kinda pie filling for this 🙂
