Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter until combined.
Step 2
Spread mixture over the bottom of a springform cake tin.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly beat in sugar, cream and vanilla. Fold in peanut butter.
Step 4
Spread filling mixture over the crust.
Step 5
Mix the blueberries, lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl until combined. Pour over the cream.
Step 6
Set in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
