Begin by melting the chocolate using the bain-marie method. Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Stir continuously with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted. Once melted, remove the bowl from heat and set it aside.
Step 3
Now, take half of the white chocolate and create a pink mixture by incorporating 3-4 drops of food colouring. Stir well until the desired pink hue is achieved. Transfer the pink chocolate to a small bag, cut a corner, and carefully drip the chocolate onto a baking sheet, forming a rectangular shape.
Step 4
To set the chocolate, refrigerate the sheet for about 1 hour or until it becomes firm. Once it’s ready, you’ll have a delightful, colourful creation to enjoy or share.
