Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a lamington tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and coconut oil until combined.
Step 3
Stir in the sugars, vanilla extract and milk to combine until smooth.
Step 4
Add in the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until everything is just combined.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate pieces.
Step 6
Pour mixture out into the baking tray, lightly pressing to spread over the entire tray.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes, with the outer edges golden and the centre still slightly soft.
Step 8
Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.
