Refried Beans
This is a delicious and healthy recipe to make refried beans. I got this recipe from a special friend that has always been there for me and is now in the middle of a fight for her life!

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse and soak… 6 cups of dry pinto beans, put them in your Insta pot. Don’t cook them yet though soak all day… tomorrow we will cook them.!
Step 2
Rinse your beans again and then cover them 2 inches above the top of the beans with water. Add 2 tablespoons of salt 1/2 cup of butter. Put the pressure cooker on for one hour.
Step 3
When they’re finished heat 2 tablespoons of oil, I use avocado oil, in a large skillet. Brown three big slices of onions, both sides, this flavors the oil and the pan, remove onions. Add 2 cups of beans at a time and smash…. Beans for days.!
