Sloppy Joes
1 lbground beef
1onion
small, finely chopped
½ cupketchup
2 Tbsyellow mustard
1 Tbsworcestershire sauce
1 Tbsbrown sugar
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Special Sauce
½ cupmayonnaise
2 TbsFrench dressing
1 Tbssweet pickle relish
1 Tbsonion
finely minced
1 tspwhite vinegar
1 tspsugar
¼ tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the sloppy joe mixture:
1. Cook ground beef and chopped onions until beef is browned and onions are tender.
2. Drain the excess fat.
3. Add ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. 4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Make the sauce:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Mix well and set aside.
Assemble the Joes:
1. Preheat oven to broil. 2. Toast the buns to golden brown.
3. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
4. Spoon Joe mixture over the cheese. 5. Place cheese over Joe mixture
6. Top with shredded cheese and pickle, add top bun.
