Step 1
Clean and dry potatoes
Step 2
Coat potatoes with olive oil
Step 3
Sprinkle generous amount of kosher salt on potato
Step 4
Place in airfryer for 1 hour at 400 degrees
Step 5
While cooking, cut butter into small pieces and place in metal bowl to soften
Step 6
After cooked, cut potatoes in half
Step 7
Scoop of potatoe and place in bowl
Step 8
Add seasoning and chives to bowl
Step 9
Stir well, then mash up
Step 10
Add cheese and stir well again
Step 11
Scoop potato back into skins
