2 Tbspsugar free ketchup
1 Tbsppickle relish
1 Tbsponion

large, chopped
1 lbground beef
2cloves garlic

1 headromaine lettuce
chopped
2tomatoes
large, ripe, chopped
1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tsp water with mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, relish, onion, vinegar, sweetener, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt. Set the dressing aside.
Step 2
In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef and 1 tsp salt and cook, breaking the beef up with a wooden spoon, until browned, 6 to 7 minutes. Add the garlic and mix together. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
Step 3
Divide the romaine, tomatoes, and cheese equally among four large bowls or plates. Spoon the beef mixture equally over the salads. Drizzle each bowl with 2 heaping tablespoons dressing. Garnish with pickle slices, if using. Serve immediately.
