½ cupgreek yoghurt
⅓ cupgranulated sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C
Step 2
Mix together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl
Step 3
Mash the ripened bananas in a separate larger bowl. If you only have fresh bananas, can cook in the oven for 30 mins at 150C
Step 4
Add the greek yoghurt, granulated sugar and brown sugar to the mashed bananas and stir till well combined
Step 5
Beat in the eggs one at a time
Step 6
Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated
Step 7
Bit by bit, fold in the dry mixture using a spatula
Step 8
Toss the chocolate chips and walnuts in a bit of leftover flour then fold into the mixture (tossing them keeps them suspended in batter)
Step 9
Bake in the oven for 40-50 mins
