Instructions
Step 1
Combined the dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Step 2
Add the sourdough starter and start mixing in small amounts of water till you have a stiff dough.
Step 3
Knead the dough until it is smooth, then let it rest for about 8 hours or over night so it can ferment.
Step 4
Once it has fermented set the oven to 350 f and roll the dough out to be a 1/4 of an inch thick.
Step 5
So the crackers can be broken apart once cooked cut brake lines in the dough with a knife or pizza cutter.
Step 6
Put the crackers in the oven at 350 f for 10 minutes then flip the crackers and let them cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Lower the oven to 200 f and cooke the crackers for another 15 minutes to help dry them out.
Step 8
Take the crackers out of the oven. Once they have cooled you can break them apart thanks the lines cut in the dough before.
