Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Get pre shredded chicken, or cook your chicken in the Instant Pot, slow cooker, or stove tip and shred it.
Step 2
Cut bell peppers into 3-4 sections, I cut the tops off, flip them upside down and cut down the sections on the bottom of the peppers. Sprinkle with a little salt and garlic
Step 3
Mix all the other ingredients except for the green onions together, scoop out 3 oz of mixture into each pepper section. Place peppers on lined baking sheet. Bake For 15-20 min. Sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top, bake for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Add green onions and enjoy
