Step 1
Cook your pasta according to the package.
Step 2
Meanwhile mix tomato sauce, cottage cheese, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper and one tablespoon of pasta water in a food processor till you get a creamy texture.
Step 3
Toss your pasta and heat up the sauce in the same pot.
Step 4
Add the pasta, give it a good mix and put it on two plates.
Step 5
Serve with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
