When you get your period and need a brownie RIGHT NOW, but also have macros to hit and don’t want to feel like 💩 after… try this 2 min microwave brownie 🍫
RECIPE : combine into a microwave safe dish
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt & 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 15g chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp protein powder (I use
) chocolate flavour & optional sweetener
- Pinch of salt
Microwave for 2 min and enjoy!
I also topped mine with more Greek yogurt and wild blueberries 🥰
Macros : 200 cal / 16g protein
