Fluffy 6-Ingredient Pancakes!

Cooking Tips:
• When bubbles start to form on the top of the pancake, flip it! ( It doesn't matter if the top of the pancake is raw - It will cook it the process)
• Make sure not to over mix the batter as it will not get as fluffy!
• Make sure to have a lot of oil in the pan, else the pancakes are likely to burn

Add the sugar and flour into a bowl and mix well!

Pour in a dash of vanilla extract and mix well - The batter should be a medium-thick consistency!

Pour oil into a frying pan, and leave on a medium heat!

Ladle the batter into a pan, and using the back of the ladle, make a circle shape (The batter should be a good consistency to make a circle - if the batter runs, the batter is too runny)

Flip the pancakes when bubbles appear!

Once the pancake turns brown, take it off the heat, and place onto a tissue paper to remove excess oil!
