Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and baking powder in to a mixing bowl. Separate the egg whites from the yolk and set the whites aside.
Step 2
Whisk together all other ingredients in to a smooth batter.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites untill Stiff Peaks form.
Step 4
Fold the batter and whites together.
Step 5
Using a pan or skillet over high heat, pour a pancake sized amount of batter in to the pan.
Step 6
Watch for bubbles forming on top of the pancake, flipping when the bubbles cover the surface.
Step 7
Allow the pancake to cook for around 1 minute before removing from pan
Step 8
Serve with topping of you choice.
