A simple treat of apples, cinnamon and a whole lot of goodness! This cinnamon sugar apple cake is light and fluffy, loaded with fresh apples and topped with a crunchy cinnamon sugar layer!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2
Mix together (in order) the brown sugar, oil, egg, milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, baking soda, and flour until just combined. Fold in your apples.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Combine the 3 ingredients for the cinnamon sugar topping and sprinkle/spread evenly across the top.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes. If needed, you can use a toothpick to test and make sure it is done.
Step 6
Let your cake for a bit. I like to serve mine with some honey butter or whipped cream. Enjoy!
