Instructions

Step 1
Beat egg yolks until light yellow and creamy

Add sweetened, condensed milk and mix thoroughly

Add lime juice and blend well. Allow mixture to sit and thicken while you prepare the crust

Prepare pie shell using pie crust recipe for a single crust.
Step 6
Blind bake crust at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 15 minutes. (Use Beaded Pie Weight chain to prevent lifting and cracking.)

Remove Pie Weight chain and add filling to the baked pie shell.
Step 8
Bake an additional 20 minutes at 375 degrees (or until filling is set).
