Instructions
Step 1
Den Backofen auf 180 Grad Unter-/Oberhitze vorheizen.
Step 2
Den Hokkaido-Kürbis in 2-3cm Würfel schneiden und für 20 Minuten in Wasser kochen.
Step 3
Die Datteln in kleine Stücke schneiden und mit allen anderen Zutaten (außer Haferflocken) in eine große Schüssel geben und glatt pürieren.
Step 4
Die Haferflocken dazugeben und verrühren. Kurz stehen lassen.
Step 5
In eine ca. 20x30cm Springform Kokosöl verteilen.
Step 6
Die Kuchenmasse reingeben und für ca. 50-60 Minuten backen.
Step 7
Für das Frosting den Sirup, Frischkäse sowie Griechischen Joghurt mixen und portioniert auf den Kuchen verteilen.
