Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, peanuts, and plain yogurt until fully combined.

2. Pour mixture into a greaseproof paper lined tray (8inch x 10inch).

3. Put in freezer for about an hour until fully hardened. Cut into 12 squares.
Step 4
4. Remove from freezer and completely coat in melted chocolate. Place back onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Return to freezer for a afew minutes until hard and enjoy!
Step 5
5. Store in a freezer safe container in the freezer. Leave to thaw for 10 minutes before digging in!
