2 lbsPot Roast
Gravy Seasoning
Brown
ranch seasoning
1 jarChopped Pepperoncinis
butter
Sub bread
mayo
cream cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2lbs of pot roast to a crockpot.
Step 2
Add a packet of brown gravy seasoning and a packet of ranch seasoning.
Step 3
Top with a jar of chopped Pepperoncinis. Pour the whole jar including the liquid.
Step 4
After this, top with a stick of butter.
Step 5
Cover the Crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. When you remove the pot roast you want it to have an internal temperature of 190 degrees.
Step 6
Remove the pot roast and chop it up or shred it. When completed, return it back to the Crockpot.
Step 7
Prepare the bread by spreading with either mayo or cream cheese, whatever your favorite may be!
Step 8
Add the contents of the Crockpot to the bread.
Step 9
If you want something to dip the sandwich into, leave a little of the sauce from the Crockpot. Enjoy!
