Grilled Shrimp Skewers
3 steps

Grilled shrimp is super easy to make, and is such a great way to mix it up from grilled chicken. My family makes this every barbeque we have, and it's always my favorite dish. You can also cook this on your stove if you don't have a grill. Simply marinate the shrimp for a few hours, and cook as desired!

Instructions
Step 1

Place a large strainer in a clean sink. Add your shrimp to the strainer, and rinse with cold water for about 5 minutes, turning over occasionally, until thawed

Step 2

Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, and oregano in a large bowl. Add in the shrimp, and mix until combined. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours

Step 3

You can either saute these on the stove in a pan over medium heat, or cook them on the grill using wooden skewers. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and the temperature is at least 140F
