Instructions
Step 1
To a microwave safe bowl add 40g oat flour, pinch of salt, ½ tsp baking powder, sweetener, cinnamon, and ½ grated red apple. Stir well.
Step 2
Add 1 egg and ¼ cup low fat milk to form a batter.
Step 3
Microwave of full for 60 to 90 seconds until cooked.
Step 4
For the toppings, mix together 60g smooth cottage cheese with 60g low low-fat yoghurt and sweetener.
Step 5
Place on top of cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
