Instructions
Step 1
Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
Step 2
Add Dry ingredients: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until mixture is well combined.
Step 3
Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm up, which will make it easier to roll into balls.
Step 4
Form Cookie balls: Scoop and roll the mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls, keep them on the small side, as they are quite rich
Step 5
Coat with crumbs: Roll the formed balls in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat them evenly
Step 6
Final Chill: Place the coasted balls on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
Step 7
Store: Keep the Moose Farts in a sealed container in the refrigerator. They can be stored this way for up to a week.
