Step 1
Add biscoff molasses brown sugar cinnamon nutmeg clove and ginger to a pan with 6 tbsp of the milk . Heat until it forms a paste .

cinnamon1 Tbsp

Step 2
Put two heaped tbsp of this mix into a cup ( the rest can be kept in the fridge for up to three days ) then add two shots of espresso and stir

Step 3
Heat the rest of the milk then use a whisk to make it frothy. Add it to the espresso then top with whipped cream some more cinnamon and the biscoff cookie . Enjoy
