Instructions

Step 1
Brown 1lb of ground beef with half a chopped white onion.

When the meat is cooked, add in one table spoon of minced garlic, and season with a packet of chili seasoning.

Then add a can of drained chili beans, a can of diced tomatoes, and 8oz of tomato sauce.

Step 4
Mix all the ingredients together and then pour in an entire carton (4 cups) of low sodium beef broth.

Add in a 1lb box of dry macaroni, mix up, and make sure that all the pasta is covered.

Once it has a slow boil going, top with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

Turn down the heat to medium-low, covered and let it cook for 15 minutes. About half way through, stir, and add in another cup of cheddar cheese. Cover and continue to cook.
