Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the diced ham and cheese. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, just until the edges start to set. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the frittata is fully cooked and golden. Slice and serve.
