Fresh Oysters with Cranberry Mignonette
3 steps
Prep:15min
This was a fun holiday appetizer to put together and really delicious! It was also my first time shucking oysters, which was easier than I thought it would be. Pair this with your favorite wine or leftover wine you use for the base of the mignonette!
If you need help finding good oysters, Whole Foods always has a great selection. If you're a Prime member, every Friday they do 12 for $12 as well. You just shuck them yourself or can pay a little extra for them to do it for you.
