Ingredients

1 ½ cupssour cream
¾ cupspiña colada non alcoholic drink mix

½ cupspineapple
crushed

½ cupsshredded coconut
unsweetened
2 tablespoonslemon juice juice
one medium lemon

3 tablespoonspowdered sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sour cream and drink mix in a mixing bowl, and gently whisk together. Do not use an electric mixer, and do not over mix by hand as it will cause the sour cream to break down and make sauce too thin.
Step 2
Drain crushed pineapple and fold that with the coconut into cream mixture.
Step 3
Gently stir in lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Step 4
Cover and store in the refrigerator.
