Instructions
Step 1
Slightly drain the cans of chicken and put them in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add all the spices and cook until the chicken is all cooked through (3-5 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the chicken and place into a mixing bowl and set in the refrigerator to cool some, at least to about room temperature.
Step 4
Add the sriracha mayo, mayo, and hot sauce to taste.
Step 5
Cool fully in refrigerator and serve on toast, croissants or other sandwiches and add olives, cheeses, tomatoes, or other garnishes as you prefer.
