PEANUT BUTTER MAPLE FUDGE

PREP: 4 HOURS 10 MIN/COOK: 10 MIN/TOTAL: 4 HOURS 20 MIN / SERVES: 25 INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup milk 2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup PRIVATE SELECTION™ Creamy Dark Roast Peanut Butter 1/2 cup PRIVATE SELECTION Pure Grade A Amber Color Rich Taste Maple Syrup 1 tsp. PRIVATE SELECTION Pure Vanilla Extract 1½ cup finely chopped PRIVATE SELECTION Slow Roasted Pecans with Sea Salt, plus more for topping Sea salt PREPARATION 1. Coat 9x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then line with parchment paper. 2. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk and sugar. Stir frequently until boiling, 4-5 minutes. 3. Once boiling, stir constantly 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Add peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until smooth, 2 minutes. Stir in ½ cup chopped pecans and transfer to prepared dish. 4. Top with additional chopped pecans and sea salt. Refrigerate 3-4 hours. 5. Lift parchment paper to remove fudge from dish. Cut into 25 pieces and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
