Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Place crackers onto a lined tray in a single layer.
Step 3
Melt brown sugar and butter together in a saucepan, stir frequently. Cook for a further 5-8 minutes until boiling and it turns a dark golden colour. Remove from heat and pour over the crackers.
Step 4
Bake for 6-7 minutes until browned and bubbling.
Step 5
Pour over the melted chocolate then sprinkle with sea salt and any extra toppings.
Step 6
Refrigerate or freeze for 20-30 mins until set then break into pieces.
