Instructions
For the Brine
Step 1
Pour cold water, cider, and syrup into marinade pan. Add salt and stir to dissolve.

Step 2
Place chops in pan, covered and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Grill
Step 3
Remove chops, rinse under cool running water and pat dry.
Step 4
Brush chops lightly with olive oil and rub with barbecue rub.
Barbecue Rub2 Tbs

Step 5
Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes until internal temperature 145°F.
