Nova’s Pineapple Dip

Want something sweet yet healthy? My mother-in-law introduced me to this, and seeing how she gave me to recipe, I am placing it under her name. I am addicted and can’t stop eating it when it is made. Real simple, yet delicious!! Great with Fritos Scoops!!

Step 2

Step 3
3. Now, sprinkle in some of the sugar. You want the flavor a bit sweet, but not too sweet to drown the taste of the pineapple. Stir to combine.

Step 4
4. Place the lid on your container and place into the fridge. Let it sit overnight and by the morning, it will be a nice thick consistency. Perfect with corn chips!
